any kind eta puplic beta

I know this has had to of been asked a lot but for some reason I can not find it in a search. I am just wondering if there is going to be any kind of ETA for the puplic beta release of Vista. Now that I have 64 all up and going and working well with all of my hardware I am looking for something to play with. I was thinking of doing Fedra Core 5 but I was not to sure if Vista was going to come out soon I would rather play with that.

It has been stated that MS is planning on releasing it in the next month or 2. I for 1 hope it is this month but it most likely will not be.

All we seem to know (and even then, never confirmed) that we can expect Beta 2 around April/May...

This is just a guess so there's not much credibility here but I saw somewhere that the CPP is supposed to be out on the 24th of May or thereabouts. More likely to be released at WinHEC this year... about 23rd/25th May... but we just don't know. Pure guestimation :o)

With any luck it will be out just as my evaluation copy of XP Pro x64 expires :) Can't wait to get my hands on Vista x64 to see how it goes.
